To whom were the Torah and the Zabur sent, and what did they contain?

The Torah and the Zabur are two books that Allah revealed to His prophets. The Torah was revealed to Moses and contains guidance, light, and law. Allah the Almighty said: "Indeed, We sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light. By it ruled the prophets who submitted to Allah for those who were Jews, and the rabbis and the scholars, by what they were entrusted to preserve of the Book of Allah, and they were witnesses to it." As for the Zabur, it was revealed to David, and it is a book of wisdom and admonitions, not of law.
