Is swearing by the face of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, considered an oath, and what is required concerning it?

This is an oath by the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and it is not considered binding according to the soundest opinions of the scholars, nor is there any expiation for someone who breaks it.
