What is the ruling on reading the Noble Qur’an quickly, with the last letter of each verse having a sukoon, and moving to the next verse without pausing?

The sakt (brief pause) mentioned in the performance of the recitation is contrary to what is more complete, but there is no sin in it, and it is not considered an error in recitation (lahn).
