Is it permissible for a Muslim girl to answer a young man's question regarding a specific subject at university?

The Lawgiver [Allah] prohibited corruption and its indirect means. Allah forbade insulting the idols of the polytheists lest they insult Allah, and He forbade women from striking their feet [on the ground] so that their adornments would not be heard and desire would not be aroused. Therefore, a girl should not answer a young man's question, as a preventative measure and out of fear of [unnecessary] speech and gazes.
