Is the method of slaughter of committed Christians in Russia, which includes saying, "O Lord, bless; O Lord, forgive" before slaughter, considered a legitimate naming that suffices for "Bismillah"?

The Basmalah (mentioning the name of Allah) is obligatory at the time of slaughtering; the slaughtered animal is not lawful without it, according to the majority of jurists. Some consider it merely desirable. The Basmalah consists of saying "Bismillah" (In the name of Allah) or "Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim" (In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful), and nothing else can substitute for it. Therefore, the lawfulness of consuming an animal where the Basmalah was omitted is a matter of scholarly disagreement among jurists. It is safer to abstain from eating it, as it falls under doubtful matters.
