Is it sufficient to say "Bismillah" when eating meat, chicken, and fish in restaurants in non-Islamic countries where the Islamic method of slaughter is not followed?

The meats displayed in infidel countries are of various types: Fish is permissible in all cases. As for the rest of the types, if the producers are from the People of the Book (Jews or Christians) and they do not use stunning, strangulation, or striking on the head, then the meat is permissible. However, if they use these methods, then the meat is unlawful. And if the producers are not from the People of the Book, then the meat is unlawful. A Muslim must avoid clear unlawful acts and beware of doubtful matters.
