Are there any scholars who do not accept the ḥasan hadith or the ṣaḥīḥ li-ghayrih hadith?

The discussion of Hadith Hasan (good Hadith) is problematic in Hadith sciences due to the scholars' differing definitions and understandings of its nature.

As for its probative force (احتجاج), Ibn Hajar clarified that some types of Hasan (like Hasan li-dhatihi - good in itself) are unanimously accepted as probative, while other types do not have such an agreement. Therefore, Sahih li-ghayrihi (sound due to external factors) - which is Hasan li-dhatihi with multiple chains of transmission - is more worthy of being used as proof because it is of a higher degree.
