Is he who points to evil like its doer in sinfulness before Allah?

Many pieces of evidence indicate that whoever assists in a sin bears the same sin as the one who commits it. This is exemplified in the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Whoever calls to misguidance will have sin upon him similar to the sins of those who follow him," and "Whoever introduces a bad practice in Islam, which is acted upon after him, will have written upon him a sin similar to the sin of whoever acts upon it." The Prophet (PBUH) also cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who pays it, its scribe, and its two witnesses, as well as alcohol, its drinker, its pourer, and its seller.

However, the sin of the one who assists in a transgression is not identical in magnitude to the sin of the one who commits it. Rather, the similarity lies in the principle of sinfulness itself. They differ in degrees of sin.
