How is an inheritance divided among a father, three full brothers, one full sister, three paternal half-brothers, and two paternal half-sisters?

If the deceased left no heirs other than the father and those mentioned with him, then his entire inheritance goes to the father by taʿṣīb (agnatic succession), based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Then to the closest male." The other mentioned heirs receive nothing because they are completely excluded by the father. It should be noted that inheritance matters are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa (religious ruling) is insufficient. Rather, they must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be another heir, or wills, or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
