What is the ruling on drinking a beverage sold in bottles resembling wine bottles, labeled "alcohol-free," but whose drinker feels a burning sensation and sometimes vomits, and what is the ruling on selling it?

It is not forbidden to drink permissible beverages in vessels that resemble wine goblets, as long as the drinker does not intend to imitate the dissolute. Without such an intention, there is no impediment to drinking from them. Just as intention is stipulated for acts of worship, it is also stipulated for engaging in permissible acts, that there should be no intention accompanying them that would necessitate their prohibition.
