What is the ruling on drinking beverages that are put in cans resembling alcohol cans?

The fundamental principle concerning canned beverages that resemble alcoholic cans is permissibility, unless they are intoxicating or harmful. However, it is preferable to avoid them for several reasons: their promotion of intoxicants, the possibility of some mistaking them for intoxicants, the ill intent of the can designers, and because this falls under the principle of blocking the means (sadd al-dhara'i') to the forbidden.
