What is the ruling regarding a husband divorcing his pregnant wife in her second month, twice on two different occasions, repeating the phrase "You are divorced, divorced, divorced" each time, while he is angry and aware of what he is saying but does not internally intend divorce?

If the husband is aware of what he is saying when angry, his divorce is effective. The repetition of the divorce utterance "you are divorced, divorced, divorced" has a detailed explanation: 1. In a single session: If he intended affirmation or had no intention, then a single divorce is binding upon him. If he intended to initiate divorce with each utterance, then three divorces are binding upon him according to the majority of scholars, and his wife does not become lawful for him until she marries another man. 2. In another session: If it was preceded by three divorces, then the divorce does not occur because it did not find a valid object. If it was preceded by fewer than three, then if he intended a single divorce or had no intention, then a single divorce is binding upon him, to be added to what preceded it. If he intended three, she becomes unlawful for him until she marries another man.

The doctrine of the majority of scholars in these matters is what has been stated. As for Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, he holds that a triple divorce counts as only one divorce absolutely.
