Performing the action one swore to abandon without intention does not necessitate breaking the oath or expiation, according to the preponderant opinion. Similarly, inadvertently seeing pictures does not break the oath. If the intention of the oath was to avoid seeing something with lust for enjoyment, then seeing it without such an intention does not break the oath. The phrase "I swear that I..." without mentioning Allah's name is a matter of scholarly disagreement.
