How is the inheritance distributed if the deceased left one daughter, one full sister, and one full brother's son?

If the deceased leaves behind only his daughter, his full sister, and his nephew (son of his brother), then the daughter receives half as her prescribed share, according to the Almighty's saying: "And if there is only one, her share is half." The remainder goes to the full sister by virtue of asabah (agnatic relationship), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "He gave the sister what remained after the daughter's share." The nephew receives nothing because he is completely excluded from inheritance (mahjub hijāb hirmān). The inheritance is divided into two shares: one share for the daughter and one share for the sister. The matter must be referred to the Sharia courts to verify the absence of other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
