Most scholars are of the opinion that conditioning divorce upon a condition brings about divorce once the condition is met, whether the husband intended to enact it, to threaten, or to prevent. This is the we adopt, and accordingly, the divorce occurred when the wife left the house. Since you had divorced her twice before that, she is now irrevocably separated from you, and there is no way for you to reunite with her unless she marries another husband, and he divorces her after consummation, or dies, and her ' (waiting period) expires.
It is advisable to present the matter to a court or to trusted scholars.
