Is it permissible not to attend Friday prayer due to the dangerous security situation in Baghdad, represented by arrests, and if the Friday preacher invokes "by the honor or by the right of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad" and has innovations and speaks against and criticizes the righteous Salaf?

If you are predominantly certain that you will be arrested if you go to Friday prayer, then it is permissible for you to skip it, as fear is a valid excuse for doing so. However, if this is merely an illusion, then it should be disregarded, and attending Friday prayer becomes obligatory for you. It is not permissible to skip Friday prayer simply because the preacher supplicates by the right and status (of the Prophet or saints); this is a matter of jurisprudential discretion and disagreement, and prayer behind every righteous and unrighteous person is obligatory.
