What is the ruling on watching kissing on the mouth, bearing in mind that the viewer considers it a normal matter?

Looking at indecent scenes, such as a man kissing a foreign woman, is forbidden because it violates the command to lower one’s gaze, which is enjoined in the Almighty's saying: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do." Furthermore, looking at these scenes implies approval and رضا (acceptance) of them, which is another reason for their prohibition. Taking these objectionable scenes lightly is a sign of weak faith. Denouncing evil in one's heart is an inescapable obligation. If one's heart does not denounce evil, it indicates the departure of faith from him. The Sharia prohibitions regarding films and series are not limited to immodest scenes only but also include promoting evil, lying, deviant ideas, beautifying indecencies, and illicit relationships.
