What is the ruling on carrying pork for customers or cooking it in a restaurant in Canada, and what is the ruling on ritual purity concerning it, according to the Hanafi school of thought?

The pig is inherently impure, whether alive or dead, because Allah Almighty says: "or the flesh of swine — for indeed, that is impure." Anything it touches must be washed.
