Does a wife displease her Lord by refusing to continue a marriage without conjugal relations after her husband offered her that, and what are her financial rights in this situation, especially since a wife who rejects her husband is not entitled to maintenance?

The marital relationship is built upon affection, mercy, and respect. These feelings may not always be present, but that does not prevent the continuation and success of married life. If a wife dislikes her husband, she should not tell him, but rather beautify herself for him. Not all homes are built on love, but rather on cohabitation with goodness and Islam. Among the husband's rights are intimacy and enjoyment in bed. If the wife is unable to fulfill this duty and fears she will not uphold God's limits, she may seek a khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) and redeem herself in exchange for her divorce. There is no sin upon the wife for leaving the marital bed if the husband agrees to it, because the right to intimacy belongs to both spouses, and they can agree to waive it. In this case, the wife is not considered disobedient (nashiz) and retains her right to maintenance.
