Is it forbidden to operate amusement park rides for adults from after Maghrib until after midnight, especially during Ramadan, if it distracts people from the remembrance of Allah and from Tarawih prayers, and if there is intermingling between genders?

It is not permissible to neglect or delay a prescribed prayer past its time. It is also not permissible for unrelated men and women to mix. And everything that leads to the forbidden is forbidden. Therefore, the aforementioned games are not permissible due to the consequences of delaying the ‘Ishā’ prayer, the possibility of neglecting the Fajr prayer, and the forbidden mixing. The owner of the games must stop them at prayer times and enjoin good and forbid evil.
