Is complaining about the tribulations that afflict a person, such as illness, deficiency, or blemish, reprehensible to Allah Almighty, or is it permissible, and what are the limits of permissible complaining to Allah Almighty?

Complaining to Allah, supplicating Him, and asking Him to remove harm is permissible. This is indicated by the saying of Jacob (peace be upon him): "I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah," and the saying of Khawlah bint Tha'labah (may Allah be pleased with her): "and she was complaining to Allah," and the saying of Job (peace be upon him): "Indeed, adversity has touched me, and You are the most merciful of the merciful." As for complaining that indicates annoyance with Allah's decree and discontent with destiny, it is forbidden.
