Is a wife entitled to seek divorce from her husband who neglects her, travels frequently, and shirks his responsibilities?

If a husband is absent from his wife for more than six months, she has the right to ask him to stay with her or to return before the end of this period. If he insists on his absence, the wife has the right to demand a divorce.
