Is the agricultural land plot that the mother bought with money she took without her husband's knowledge considered permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram), given the father's stinginess and his ability to buy a house for the family, and the current poor condition of the state-owned house?

A wife is entrusted with her husband’s money, and it is not permissible for her to take anything from it without his permission as long as he provides for her appropriately. This is unless the husband is stingy with the obligatory maintenance, such as food, clothing, and shelter. However, an unsuitable dwelling does not permit her to take from his money; rather, she should demand a suitable dwelling and refer the matter to the judiciary. If the wife has taken her husband’s money unlawfully, she must repent and return the money to him or seek his forgiveness. There is no harm in owning the land she bought, nor is it forbidden to benefit from it. If the husband agrees to her keeping it as compensation for the money she took, then there is no harm in that. Furthermore, honoring one’s parents and treating them kindly is obligatory, even if they have wronged their child or fallen short in fulfilling their rights.
