Is paying money to employees to expedite the completion of government transactions—which is the company's right and does not violate regulations—considered a bribe, especially given the risk of termination from work if payment is not made?

Employees must fear Allah in their jobs and perform them without dereliction. It is not permissible for them to accept gifts from clients, as these gifts are considered bribery. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the briber and the bribed. It is forbidden for an employee to take a bribe, and it is forbidden for the one who gives it, unless he is compelled to pay it to obtain his right or ward off injustice from himself. In such a case, the sin is upon the taker, not the giver.
