Is it permissible to name a newborn girl "Eleanor," and why?

Names hold great importance in Islam, so a Muslim should choose those with the best meanings, the easiest pronunciation, and those that suit a Muslim. We see no legal impediment to the name "Ilia Nour," as it is composed of "Ilia," which means Jerusalem, and "Nour," which is well-known. Although it is permissible to name with it, it is preferable to choose names that are easier to pronounce and closer in meaning, such as naming with the names of the female Companions.
