Is the name "Mut'ib" disliked, and is naming one's son with it considered an act of disobedience to parents, and is it necessary to change it?

The Prophet (peace be upon him) prohibited ugly names like "Hazn" (sadness/difficulty) because of the meaning of harshness and difficulty they convey. The name "Mut'ib" (tiring/troublesome) carries the same reason for dislike, as it signifies hardship and difficulty. The Prophet (peace be upon him) encouraged good names and changed ugly ones because good names are considered a good omen, and because a name has an influence on the one named. Therefore, it is a child's right upon his father to choose a good name for him.
