Is it true that it is not permissible to eat, drink, or take anything from a house with an orphan in it, and does this statement have any basis in Islamic law?

It is permissible to eat from a house where there is an orphan, and there is no evidence to prohibit that. However, if it is known that the orphan has wealth and the household members are unjustly consuming from it, then it is better not to eat from their food, fearing that what is eaten might be from the orphan's wealth.
