Studying at the College of Fine Arts is permissible if it is free from sculpting statues and depicting animate beings. If the artistic works and education provided therein do not violate Islamic law, then there is no objection. As for drawing, if it is of animate beings, it is forbidden; but if it is of inanimate objects like rocks and trees, it is permissible. Therefore, there is no impediment to helping the girl transfer to another college, while advising her to avoid depicting animate beings, and this is not aiding in sin.
