Is it obligatory for the wife to seek a divorce if the husband insists on opening an insurance company that the wife considers to be an illicit earning?

If the insurance company your husband works for is impermissible, continue to advise him with wisdom and good counsel, and seek help from some virtuous individuals. If he does not desist, you have the right to seek a divorce, and it might even be preferable, as a husband's transgression is one of the justifications for seeking a divorce. If you wish to be patient with him, you may do so. It is permissible to benefit from his permissible wealth, and to consume mixed wealth, though it is disliked. However, it is not permissible to consume from his impermissible wealth except out of necessity.
