Is it permissible for a woman to seek divorce from her husband who exploits her financially, forces her to work to cover household expenses, and refuses to register a piece of land in her name that she purchased?

Husbands and wives must live together in kindness and fulfill each other's rights. The husband is responsible for financially supporting his wife. Whatever the wife earns from her work is exclusively hers, unless the husband stipulated when allowing her to work that she give him a portion of her money. The land for which you entrusted your husband to purchase with your money belongs to you, and the money he borrowed from you is a debt upon him. The husband's actions of not spending and taking money are oppression and an abuse of conjugal life. Try to communicate with him gently and wisely. If he does not relent, then either be patient, or involve a relative to help resolve the issue, or take your case to court to remove the injustice. You have the right to seek a divorce if he refuses to provide financial support, and in that case, there is no sin upon you. Divorce is not an easy matter, and one should not resort to it unless other means of reconciliation are exhausted. Living together kindly is preferable, especially when there are children. A wife has the right, Islamically, to stay at home and not work, and she cannot be forced to work.
