Is the husband entitled to demand that his working wife cover all household and children's expenses? And does a divorce occur if he says "you are divorced" while angry? And is it valid for him to reconcile with her by a mere word from him without her consent?

Allah's legislation is based on wisdom and justice, and it cannot be impugned by the erroneous actions of individuals. A woman has the right to her own property, and the husband is obligated to provide for her maintenance (nafaqah). A husband's anger and divorce due to his wife not spending money is foolish, and a divorce issued in a state of anger is valid unless the anger was so severe that it rendered him unconscious. The husband has the right to reconcile with his wife if he desires reform. Islamic law warns husbands against authoritarianism, and the wife has the right to seek divorce due to harm (darar) or through khul‘ (a type of divorce initiated by the wife). Reconciliation, cooperation, and understanding are advised, as divorce has severe consequences.
