What is the ruling on working in the sale of laser discs (CDs/DVDs) for religious, scientific, and educational programs, given that the shop owner also requests the sale of music discs and video clips, knowing that singing is forbidden?

It is not permissible to sell discs containing unlawful music because it constitutes cooperation in sin and transgression, in accordance with Allah's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression). The employer must be advised to stop selling them. If he insists, then leave the job and seek another, for whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better, and in accordance with Allah's saying: (And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect).
