The answer

It is permissible to work for the company if it is possible toخصص the work to the production of beneficial or permissible discs. However, if that is not possible and the worker is obligated to work in all departments that include forbidden things, then it is not permissible to work there, because it is considered assisting in sin and aggression and spreading forbidden things, as Allah Almighty said: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression) Al-Ma'idah/2. The Permanent Committee for Ifta' has affirmed the impermissibility of assisting anyone in sin and disobedience, just as it is not permissible to record songs and music or to buy and sell them. The money earned from this work will be mixed between lawful and unlawful. It is preferable to leave this company and rely on Allah, for whoever gives up something for Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
