Can recurring loss of livelihood and continuous nightmares be caused by magic or envy, despite adherence to acts of worship and good deeds?

All matters are by the decree of Allah the Almighty, and you must defend against Allah's decree with Allah's decree by rectifying your mistakes, seeking help from experts and advisors, performing Istikhara, and there is no objection to ruqyah (Islamic exorcism), while adhering to supplication, humility before Allah the Almighty, and reliance upon Him.
