Am I entitled to claim half the amount of social insurance paid in my partner's name after the dissolution of our business partnership, and what is the ruling of Islamic law on this?

The amount paid from the company's funds and its fine is divided among the partners. When the insurance company returns it as a pension, the partners are entitled to take back only what they paid, without any increase. What is received is divided among them, and the partner is not obliged to expedite anything except with his consent.
