ما هو حكم زواج المتعة إذا كان لغرض الإقامة؟

Mut'ah marriage (temporary marriage) is invalid and forbidden by the consensus of Muslims, and the consensus on its prohibition has been transmitted from a number of imams. It is stated in the two Sahih collections that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade mut'ah marriage on the Day of Khaybar, and in Sahih Muslim that its prohibition continued until the Day of Judgment. Mut'ah marriage is that in which the duration is specified in the contract. As for marriage with the intention of divorce without informing the other party, scholars have differed concerning it, and the majority permit it, but it is better to avoid it due to the deception involved.
