What is the ruling on zinā after repenting from it?

Adultery is one of the gravest sins, and Allah the Almighty has forbidden it. Whoever commits it must perform sincere repentance and increase in good deeds. If a servant repents with true sincerity, Allah will accept it from him and forgive his evil deeds. Among the conditions of repentance are: abstaining from the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it.
