What is the wisdom behind Allah’s testing of a servant with a voice that is not commensurate with his age and with no beard growth, which causes him annoyance and problems in his daily and social life? Is it permissible for him to take hormones to change his voice, given the fear of altering Allah's creation?

A Muslim must be content with Allah's decree and destiny and submit to His command. The affair of a believer is all good: if he is afflicted with ease, he is grateful; and if he is afflicted with hardship, he is patient. The condition should be presented to specialized doctors for examinations and analyses, as it may be a treatable illness with male hormones. This is a form of treatment, not an alteration of Allah's creation. As for the absence of beard growth, it may be natural or require hormone treatment. Harassment is a trial that must be endured with patience and resisted. It expiates sins and raises one's ranks. Have a good opinion of Allah and do not resent destiny, for Allah tests His servant to expiate his sins and raise his ranks. The prophets, then the best of people, are the most severely tested, and a person is tested according to his faith. Do not say, "Why has Allah tested me?" Rather, have a good opinion of Him, for Allah has not deprived you of your masculinity but has tested you regarding it. You have done well by not seeking help from jinn, for that is major shirk (definition). Do not yield to Satan who wants to deter you from reading the Qur'an. Instead, turn to the worship and obedience of your Lord, increase your supplications and humility, take necessary measures, live your life normally, and recite the supplications for distress.
