What are the necessary conditions that must be met in a mosque, and must it be an endowment for Allah or owned by a Muslim individual?

In Islam, the mosque is the foundation for establishing prayer and a center for lessons and leadership. It is a condition that it not be built on usurped land, a graveyard, or an impure place, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) sayings: "The entire earth is a mosque except for the graveyard and the bathroom" and "May Allah curse the Jews and Christians; they took the graves of their prophets as places of worship." It must be maintained free from filth, harm, foul odors, and anything that distracts from the remembrance of Allah. A mosque becomes an endowment for Allah as soon as it is built and permission is granted to pray in it, as Allah Almighty said: "And that the mosques are for Allah, so do not invoke with Allah anyone." There is no harm in attributing it to a person as an honor, or because it is located in their area, or because they undertook its construction, and similarly on official papers, especially in countries that require attributing the building to a specific entity.
