How did the Children of Israel leave Egypt? Was their exodus by Pharaoh's will or at the request of Moses (peace be upon him)? And how can reconciliation be made between the Quranic verses that refer to this?

The Children of Israel departed from Egypt by Allah's command to His Prophet Musa, pursued by Pharaoh and his soldiers. When they reached the sea, Allah commanded Musa to strike it with his staff, and the sea parted into dry paths. The Children of Israel crossed, and then Pharaoh and his soldiers followed them. Allah then commanded the sea to return, and Pharaoh and all his soldiers drowned. There is no contradiction between Musa's demand for the liberation of the Children of Israel from Pharaoh and Pharaoh's desire to provoke them from the land, whether by killing or forced expulsion.
