The sister from the father's side receives nothing because she is excluded from inheritance by the son, a complete exclusion. The inheritance is divided into forty-eight shares: the mother receives eight shares, each son ten shares, and each daughter five shares.

If the "sister from the father's side" is the daughter of the deceased from another wife, then she inherits, and the inheritance is divided into fifty-four shares: the mother receives nine, each son ten, and each daughter five. Her share must be given to her.
