Is it permissible for a young man to marry his maternal cousin, whom he loves, after discovering that their grandmother breastfed him, which makes him her maternal uncle?

If a man is nursed by his paternal or maternal grandmother with five full breastfeeds within the first two years of life, then it is not permissible for him to marry the daughter of his maternal uncle or maternal aunt, because he has become their maternal uncle through suckling.

And if the love between them has led to what displeases Allah Almighty, then it is incumbent upon them to repent and seek forgiveness, for a suitor is a stranger to his fiancée until the marriage contract is concluded.
