What is the ruling on touching the Mus'haf and its parts when one cannot differentiate between maniyy (sperm/seminal fluid), madhiyy (pre-seminal fluid), and vaginal discharge, and what is maniyy and what is meant by "yellowish" (when describing discharge), and is a person punished for the emission of madhiyy due to contemplation?

A woman's mani (seminal fluid) is thin and yellow. There is no sin in the discharge of madhi (pre-seminal fluid) due to thoughts, but one must not dwell on sexual fantasies. A woman who is unsure whether what has been discharged is mani, madhi, or just moisture, may assign to it the ruling she wishes. She is not required to perform ghusl (ritual bath) unless she is absolutely certain that mani, which necessitates ghusl, has been discharged from her.
