When is what is emitted pre-seminal fluid (madhy) and when is it seminal fluid (maniy), in light of the problems and the obsessive thoughts the questioner experiences, making her feel that her ablution is invalidated in some situations?

We ask Allah to cure you of waswas (obsessive whisperings). Its treatment has been detailed in Fatwa No. 59951. It is not permissible to listen to music in taxis or at celebrations if it is possible to change the reprehensible act or distance oneself from it. Regarding extending greetings of salam to a non-mahram woman: some scholars permit it on condition that there is no fear of fitna (temptation), while the majority view its permissibility for elderly women but not for young women, due to the fear of fitna. Handshaking between a man and a non-mahram woman is not permissible.
