What is the ruling on swearing by "I swear upon my religion that it is forbidden for me" and swearing by "I swear upon the blessing"?

The phrase "علي الحرام من ديني" (by the forbidden of my religion) is used in some societies to mean "the permissible is forbidden to me," and its ruling has been clarified previously.

It is not permissible to swear by the forbidden or by anything other than Allah, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever takes an oath should swear by Allah or remain silent," and "Whoever swears by anything other than Allah has committed Shirk (polytheism)."

Likewise, it is not permissible to swear by the phrase "علي النعمة" (by the blessing), and it is not considered an oath, for he, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever swears by other than Allah has disbelieved or committed Shirk."
