What is the ruling on one who finds ease in performing prayer but is unable to perform ablution due to his aversion to getting wet, especially washing the feet, which leads him to combine or delay prayers?

You have no excuse for combining prayers due to your dislike of wetting your feet; rather, you must perform ablution as Allah has commanded. Performing ablution thoroughly despite disliked circumstances is beloved by Allah and expiates sins. You can wear leather socks (khuffain) or regular socks (jawrabain) and wipe over them for a day and a night to avoid wetting your feet.
