Does the gold a mother gifted her daughter, and the daughter died before her marriage, revert to the mother, or is it considered an inheritance?

If a woman gifts gold to her daughter while in good health, and the daughter takes possession of the gold with her mother's permission, then the gift is complete, and the gold becomes the daughter's property. If the daughter then passes away, the gold is considered part of her estate and is divided among her heirs according to Sharia, with the mother receiving only her prescribed legal share of the inheritance.
