What is the ruling on pregnancy through artificial insemination due to the husband's inability to consummate the marriage?

If the ability to conceive and bear children is available through natural means, it is not permissible to resort to in vitro fertilization. However, if the husband's health problems cannot be treated, there is no harm in resorting to in vitro fertilization out of a desire for procreation, which is considered one of the fundamental purposes of marriage. The Islamic Fiqh Academy has affirmed that the couple's need for a child is a legitimate purpose that permits its treatment through permissible methods of in vitro fertilization.
