If the parents intend to perform , they must enter into when they are abreast of the of the people of Egypt. It is not permissible to delay the ihram until Jeddah. However, some scholars have permitted passing the miqat without ihram for those who intend to return to it to enter ihram from there. In that case, they must proceed to the miqat of Al-Juhfah from Jeddah to enter into ihram.
