What is the ruling on working for an institution that invests in all types of stocks, including banking stocks?

It is not permissible to work in investment institutions that do not adhere to Sharia in their dealings and the type of shares they invest in, as this constitutes cooperation in sin and aggression. It is advisable to seek another job free from Sharia violations, for whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect.
